Where and when are they held?
The 18XXASTURIAS will be held in Foz (Lugo) from 8 to 11 May 2025.
What does it include?
Accommodation (option to attend without accommodation).
Meals: breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Use of the Sala Bahia.
Refreshments with drinks, sweets and snacks.
Welcome gift and some other surprises.
Accommodation
The organisation will assign rooms according to your needs. You will sleep in flats sharing a room with acquaintances.
Prices
From Thursday: All inclusive: 230€ / Without accommodation: 180€.
From Friday Morning: All inclusive: 205€ / Without accommodation: 170€.
From Friday Afternoon: All inclusive: 190€ / Without accommodation: 155€.
- There may be an annual price increase due to cost increases.

Accommodation
Can I sleep alone in a room?
Yes, you can find a place to stay on your own initiative by registering for the ‘Registration without accommodation’ option.
Where will I sleep if I choose accommodation?
The organisers will contact you one week before the conference to inform you of the place you will be allocated.
How are the rooms organised?
The organisation will allocate rooms according to your needs, trying to offer the best possible experience within the limitations of space.
Restaurants
Can I participate without including lunches and dinners?
No. The conference includes full menus with no possibility to do without them.
Are there special menus for people with allergies or intolerances?
Yes, it is important that you indicate any allergies or intolerances when filling in your registration form. No changes will be made for personal preferences.
Where can I consult the timetable and menus?
Timetables and menus for each day will be displayed at the venue.
Payment for the Conference
How do I pay?
Payment will be made by bank transfer to the following account number:
ES18 1465 0360 19 1760177551
(in the name of 18XXASTURIAS).
In the concept, include: 18XXASTURIAS + Name and Surname.
We do not accept Bizum, PayPal or other forms of payment.
Until when can I pay?
The deadline for payment is 1st March. After that date, anyone who has not paid will lose their place.
What happens if I cannot attend?
The full amount will be refunded until 1 March. After that date, the refund will be subject to your place being filled by another participant.
