DATES: 4TH, 5TH, 6TH, 7TH MAY 2023.
After a welcome lunch, the Convention will officially start at 4pm on Thursday 4th. On Friday and Saturday we’ll be playing all day long, and, on Sunday, everything will be finished at 2pm with a good-bye lunch.
VENUE:
The Convention will be held in Gijón, one of the most stunning cities of the north of Spain and with excellent transport connections. The venue is the Paintings Room in La Laboral, an awesome place called “the Asturian Sixtine Chapel”.
PRICE:
75€, which includes the use and enjoyment of the venue for four days and everything you may need to put your hobby into practice.
ROOM AND BOARD:
This is at the participants’ expense. Within La Laboral there’s one canteen with popular prices. Nevertheless, there are plenty of restaurants, cafés and sidrerías in the area to enjoy the best Asturian gastronomy.
It’s advisable to bring your own car (free parking), but, anyway, there are urban buses all day long.

The official date to register will be within March. All the information will be available in due course on every social media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and the group 18XX Asturias on Telegram.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!
As this is the first edition of 18XX Asturias, we need at least 45 participants to celebrate the Convention in the Paintings Room in La Laboral. In the event that such a number was not achieved, the venue would be another smaller room in La Laboral or the Abba Hotel in Gijón.
